The British national organisation ‘Broken Rainbow’ fights against the domestic violence towards LGBT people. The government of the UK warned the organisation many times that it is at risk to be cut. But fortunately, the UK government decided to support the organisation, because, as the government’s spokepeople claim, on of the biggest tasks for them is to tackle violence and abuse in the British society. And it is impossible to deny that ‘Broken rainbow does a lot for it. “Broken Rainbow plays an important role in supporting lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender victims of domestic abuse, and the Home Office has informed Broken Rainbow that it will be renewing funding to support its helpline for 2016/17.”, says Home Office minister Lord Bates.
