For the first time in the history the US cable television channel “Logo TV” shows fully the “Eurovision”, which began work as a channel for the LGBT audience.
This year, we recall, the European pop music contest will be held in the 61 th time. All in all it will be attended by 42 countries, representatives of which will appear on the stage of a concert hall in Stockholm, Sweden, next week.
On the eve of the contest administration confirmed that the show is one of the largest television markets in the world. As of February 2015 “Logo TV” covers more than 44% of US households.
Thanks to American housewives, this year’s “Eurovision” will be a truly global phenomenon. Americans join the contest audience after audience from Australia and Asia. This year, we recall, “Evrosong” will also be broadcasted in China, New Zealand and Kazakhstan.
