Orthodox activists disrupted a gay pride parade in Chisinau. More than a hundred participants in March “without fear” tried to pass through the central streets of the Moldovan capital. Their security was surrounded by police officers.
However, the march was interrupted conservatives and religious people. People with icons tried to break through the cordon of police officers. And then they began to throw eggs. Police evacuated the marchers on buses.

According to him, the police evacuated the LGBT activists in order to prevent a collision with the Orthodox, who went to meet the column.
LGBT parade was part of a campaign “without fear”, which aims to raise people’s awareness of the rights of sexual minorities in Moldova.
