A policeman called to settle a conflict in gay bar decided to stay and have fun

There was a dispute in the oldest gay bar in Glasgow – Waterloo club. It was not surprising that the police were called. But what was really surprising is that the police officer decided to stay and sing karaoke when his job was done!

His cover version of I Will Survive’ really impressed the bar attenders. One of the patrons told a local newspaper: “The officer came in a with a few of his colleagues and had spoken to the staff about an earlier incident. After he had done his duties the karaoke host got him up to perform. He said his name was John and chose ‘I Will Survive’ to sing.He tried to stop after one verse but the crowd were loving it so he carried on. He was really good and had all the moves. Incredibly, news of the feat managed to reach Gaynor herself, who shared the video adding “I love this!” . One of the karaoke hosts adds: “So I managed to get Sergeant John to sing in the Waterloo Bar today after a wee incident. It was an accomplishment that I got him up to do it. He was brilliant and just goes to show not all bad can be said about Police Scotland.”

And there is nothing to add except that we would wish< that every conflict with the police ended up in karaoke with a beautiful song! /p>
