Earlier this year, after winning Oscar for the best soundtrack and calling himself the first openly gay Oscar winner (though he was not t the first) the British singer decided to leave social networks. But the Orlando tragedy made him return.
In his first post for many months Smith has expressed his condolences to the family and friends of those who did not survive and his support to the survivors. Sam’s heart is broken and he feels the sorrow of Orlando people. He adds that such tragedy shows the necessity of equality, because every person, without a dependence of religion, gender or sexual orientation, is a human first of all, so all people should get together and understand that they are one.
