Vandals sprayed a house with homophobic graffities

Police are investigating a suspected hate crime. The house was robbed, vandalized and painted with graffiti, many of which are homophobic. The attack took place overnight in the Van Nuys neighbourhood of Los Angeles. The house was burgled and sprayed anti-gay graffiti, while the thugs also went out of their way to cause damage – destroying water pipes and kicking in walls. It is unknown whether the victims were gay or not, so it is impossible to assume that it was certainly a hate crime, although such version exists. The victims have not been identified, but police confirmed to the LA Times that they are investigating the attack at homophobic hate crime.
Sergeant Carl Taylor confirmed the hate crime investigation to the newspaper, adding: “It’s pretty extensive damage.” It is not believed that anyone was injured during the attack on the house.
