Furthermore, stand up, actor and aerialist Aaron Twitchen will be appearing. Announcing the news, band member Michelle Heaton commented: ‘We are super exited to be performing at the Spring Benefit, to raise loads and loads and loads of money for LGBTI causes.’ Furthermore, Michelle, Kelli and Jessica recently announced their plans to reunite and tour Australia in February. Originally a five-piece – also comprised of Tony Lundon and The Voice UK 2016 winner Kevin Simm – Liberty X have scored eight top 10 singles in the UK. Liberty X first rose to prominence after missing out on places in the band Hear’Say. The band, featuring Kym Marsh and Myleene Klass, formed on the TV series Popstars back in 2001. It was one of the first music reality shows, and paved the way for programs such as American Idol and the X Factor. However, as Hear’Say’s star began to wane, the rejected band members went on to form Liberty X. What’s more, they rose to unprecedented, Brit Award-winning success.
