Australia introduced their contestant for Eurovision 2017

17-year-old Isaiah Firebrace, who won X Factor Australia in November under the tutelage of Adam Lambert, is going to fight for the Eurovision glory for Australia with a song Don’t Come Easy. Firebrace, his country’s second Aboriginal Eurovision entrant, took six-hour round trips to weekly singing lessons – and judging from Don’t Come Easy, they have paid off. This is a ballad about how painful love could be. The singer will have to to get through the first Semi-Final on May 9 before finding out if he can compete in the Grand Final on May 14. It will be the forth time for Australia to take part in Eurovision – twice it was a guest contestant, but last year Dami Im made history competing alongside the others.
