The two men the police willed to talk to in connection with the murder of the transgender performer in New Orleans are legally cleared according to the reports. Chyna Gibson, who went by the stage name Chyna Doll Dupree, was shot several times outside of a shopping centre at 8.30pm on Saturday 25 February. The witnesses heard 10 gunshots before discovering the dead body among the parked cars. The performer was misgendered and identified by male name in early reports. Police last week tweeted that they were seeking to locate two men they wanted to talk to in connection with the killing. Then on Friday the New Orleans Police Department tweeted that the men had been found. The police questioned them and understood that they were not connected with the murder. The investigation continues.
