Elton John educated British princes about LGBT

Princess Diana’s former butler Paul Burrell has revealed that Diana’s sons William and Harry had known about such category of people as gays. The princes were very young as they found out about it, and the person who had taught them about same-sex relationships was nobody but the legend of music, Sir Elton John, when the young prince William noticed him and his partner (now husband) David Furnish wearing the wedding rings. Lady D explained to her son that Elton and David were living together in a deep love, they were two men, but the feelings they had to one another were the same as between a man and a woman. “It was incredible to witness the education of William in this way. Elton himself had helped Diana understand the world of HIV and AIDS and how the Princess could help bring greater compassion and understanding to those who were suffering,” Burrell added, “Elton gave Diana an education at a time when it was frowned upon to even shake the hand of someone who had either HIV and AIDS”. And princess Diana loved Sir Elton and his partner deeply. She also was a good friend of George Michael and she had always said that sexuality meant nothing for her, her friends were just kind human beings trying to make this world at least a little bit better. And the princess herself (whether she realized it or not) was also one of such human beings.
