Police chase a man in connection with homophobic and racist incident in London subway

According to the British Transport Police, the incident took place on 10 March. The authorities report about an elderly man pushed off the train. And as a passer-by tried to interfere in the situation, the man became aggressive and used homophobic and racist language. A police report states that a 33-year-old man and a 22-year-old woman had challenged the man and were abused because of it. According to the police report, the incident took place around 1.30pm on Friday 10 March on the Victoria line. The police received an image of the man they believe to be connected with the incident. They added that they don’t plan to charge him of anything, their aim is to ask the man about whether he had seen anything. The image of the man went viral, although he is yet to be identified.
