Oscar-winning filmmaker Dustin Lance Black (he is 42), and olympic diver Tom Daley (he is 22), have a magnificent fairytale-like wedding at Bovey Castle in the English countryside.

Before the same-sex marriage ceremony, Daley sung «Romeo, Romeo, where for art thou Romeo» to his soulmate before making each other their vows. 50 near relatives and friends witnessed the ceremony that is held in the posh venue’s Cathedral and scored by a string quartet. The guests sat down for a three-course meal and “massive cake” before dancing into the wee hours in the Dartmoor Suite dance-hall.

Dustin Black wore a navy suit and Daley wore in burgundy color. Several days before the wedding, Daley was hospitalized resulting from a sports-related hip injury.

  1. 1. Capital “O” for “Olympic”, please.

    2. “Bovey Castle in the English countryside.2 *Where* in “the English countryside”? North Yorks moors? South Downs? Norfolk? New Forest?

    3. “Daley sung” “Sang”, please.

    4. “…sung ” He SUNG it? To what tune? Does the writer not know that this is a SPEECH in a Shakespeare play, not a song?

    5. And it’s “wherefore art thou Romeo?”, not “where for art thou…”

    6. “50 near relatives and friends ” in English, we say “close” relatives.

    7. “50 near relatives and friends witnessed the ceremony that is held in the posh venue’s Cathedral ” Why do we switch from past tense to present tense (which happens elsewhere in this story, too)?

    8. Bovey Castle does not have “a Cathedral”. Whatever does the writer think a cathedral is?

    9. “Dustin Black wore a navy suit and Daley wore in burgundy color. ” The word “one” needs to be inserted before “in”.

    10. This happened ages ago. Why is it being posted here now?
