As we told our readers earlier today, it had been reported that Donald Trump had made a joke about his right hand wanting to hang all the gay people. In the meeting between Trump, the Vice President and a legal scholar, The New Yorker reported that conversation turned to LGBT rights. “Don’t ask that guy,” said the leader of the free world, according to the claims, adding, “He wants to hang them all!” The President also reportedly made fun of his number two’s anti-abortion quest to overturn Roe v Wade. But now the White House representatives are officially denying that report. Officials have dismissed the reports claiming they are “unsubstantiated”. A representative for the Vice President, Alyssa Farah, disputed the claims in an interview with the Indianapolis Star called such claims false and offensive. However, even without taking this particular case into consideration, Mike Pence remains one of the most homophobic political figures of our tine.
