Anti-gay pastor Flip Benham has defended parents’ “right” to pimp out their teen daughters while he spoke in protection of the anti-gay Senate hopeful Roy Moore who faces accusation of child molestation. Speaking to Alabama radio hosts Matt Murphy and Andrea Lindenberg, Benham said that Moore came to underaged girls because other women had already been taken (we understand how shocked our readers may be. We are also lodsing our minds writing this). “Judge Roy Moore graduated from West Point and then went on into the service, served in Vietnam and then came back and was in law school. All of the ladies… that he possibly could have married were not available then, they were already married by then.So he looked in a different direction and always with the [permission of the] parents of younger ladies,” the preacher explained. Being asked whether a good parent would allow his 14-year-old daughter date a man in his 30s Bernham gave a positive answer. Turning the tables, Murphy said: “Is it alright for a man to court and date a young lady, with her parents’ permission, who is 10 years old? Yes or no.” The preacher said it was unlikely to happen, but being persuaded to answer anyway, said ‘no’. Well, 10 and 14 is not a big difference, though.
