A man and a teenage girl have been arrested in connection with a death of trans woman Naomi Hersi in London. Naomi Hersi was found stabbed near to Heathrow Airport and pronounced dead at the scene in a half an hour. 36-year-old woman, born in Somali, lived in Mill Hill, north London. One neighbor told Evening Standard that she was a nice lady who loved sports and music. Another neighbor said: “Naomi was a flamboyant, lovely fun person. I think she had problems in her life but was well liked. We are devastated to lose a friend and neighbor.” Jesse McDonald, 24, of Hounslow, appeared at Uxbridge Magistrates’ Court charged with murder. A 17-year-old girl, who cannot be named for legal reasons, was charged with assisting an offender. The girl is currently free on bail, she will be trialed in two weeks.
