Jim Parsons talked about his plans after The Big Bang Theory


So, The Big Bang Theory is getting closer and closer to the end, people are preparing to say goodbye to the cutie nerd Sheldon Cooper played by openly gay actor Jim Parsons. And what is the star going to do next? Parsons’ production company That’s Wonderful Productions is behind planned new show The Inn Crowd, a new show that will tell a story of a same-sex couple surviving in a small conservative rural community. The show is in development at NBC, with Parsons and husband Todd Spiewak (the couple married last year after more than a decade together. They did not consider marriage necessary for them, but now Parsons says that it is ‘divine’ that he and the man he loves are now ‘an official thing’)signed on as executive producers. The show, penned by David Holden, is based on the true story of the Inn at Little Washington, in Rappahannock County, Virginia, which was operated by gay couple Patrick O’Connell and Reinhardt Lynch.
