According to The Hollywood Reporter, the Aussie movie star has signed on to produce the gay movie under her LuckyChap Entertainment company, which she co-founded with Josey Mcnamara, Sophia Kerr and husband Tom Ackerley. It is going to be a music comedy called Big Gay Jamboree. And even though we have not seen the movie yet, the title says that it is going to be awesome. Big Gay Jamboree will tell the story of a young woman who awakens one day to find herself inexplicably living in a musical set in the 1940s. Using her modern sensibilities, she starts to make friends in her setting while trying to figure out a way to get back to the present day. THR reports that the film will be a mix between The Book of Mormon, the stage musical written by Robert Lopez and South Park‘s Trey Parker and Matt Stone and 1955 classic Oklahoma! It is not the first project produced by the Suicide Squad actress. The question whether she is going to star in it herself remains open.
