Harry Styles showed his inner camp self at Met Gala

As a co-chair of this year’s camp-themed Met Gala, Harry Styles showed his own example of what it means to look truly camp – a pearl in one ear and shiny heeled boots, very glamorous! Styles rocked a tailored Gucci jumpsuit comprised of a black sheer top with a cascading lace collar and high-waisted trousers. His nails were painted black and turquoise and he sported several rings on his fingers, including two with the letters HS (his initials).“I think everyone was expecting Harry to be in sequins, bright colors and a crown, but we decided on a different type of ‘camp’ that hopefully would surprise,” said the singer’s stylist, who said that after all the bright (and often rainbow-colored in support of the queer community) looks from the Harry Styles tour they wanted to do something more modest and elegant, but as the theme is camp, they played with that shade of elegance which is stereotypically feminine, but they reconsidered it and gave it a new, masculine, definition.
