Ellen DeGeneres opens up about surviving a sexual assault

While filming an upcoming episode of Netflix‘s My Next Guest Needs No Introduction with David Letterman, the lesbian TV host, who is now 61 years old, opened up that while her mother was suffering from breast cancer she was married to a very bad person, who treated her (Ellen) definitely not as a daughter of his wife, not as a child he was supposed to love and bring up. “He told me when she was out of town that he’d felt a lump in [my mother’s] breast and needed to feel my breasts because he didn’t want to upset her,” the daytime queen revealed to Letterman, without holding her emotions, “He needed to feel mine. That’s the only reason I think it’s important to talk about it because there’s so many young girls and it doesn’t matter how old you are. It is just time for us to have a voice. It’s time for us to have power,” she finished up
