He has known he was gay since he was born, but he grew up in a very strict conservative environment where people could not accept homosexuality, so he had to hide it even from himself because he wanted to be “normal” and “like everyone else”. He married a woman, he has two kids, but his illusion of being “like everyone else” started to crack down when he met a man named Chris on the Internet. He now fears his wife will poison his children against him if she finds out, but can’t bear the thought of spending the rest of his life in the closet acting as a straight man. “ The experts recommended him to have an honest dialogue with his wife and to decide for himself what he values more – an illusion of a life he cannot have or his true self and true feelings?
