In an interview with lesbian former leader of the Scottish Conservative Party Ruth Davidson on LBC Radio, Morgan revealed that he had voted for Tories, and to be honest, nobody was surprised with such an announcement. Furthermore, Mr. Morgan revealed that he had voted for the UK to remain the European Union, because he is ‘not a huge fan of Brexit’. But he insisted that he values democracy. “To me, Boris Johnson was the only major party candidate who was offering to honor democracy and to respect the fact that 17.4 million people had voted to leave the European Union,” he added, “When I went to my ballot box, I was crystal clear – and I’m often not, actually – I’ve voted Conservative and Labour over the years, and the Animal Welfare Party, but on this occasion I was quite clear.” As for the PM, he admitted that he, as any other person and as any other politician, is not perfect, but he praised Mr. Johnson’s charisma, and as he knows him for years, he lets himself conclude that he likes his personality as well.
