The Democratic Senator and presidential hopeful called out the administration of the current President for the controversial judicial candidates being rushed to the offices. The word ‘controversial’ means that several newly-appointed judges have negative records of public remarks towards the LGBT community as well as towards the people of color, and not all of them agree to apologize for it. “I think what’s at the heart of it is who you ask to be a judge. And I’ll tell you what the answer has been for Donald Trump, cause I’ve seen these guys. Homophobic, that’s in. Racist, that’s in. Sexist, oh yeah, most definitely. And anti-voter. That’s been a big qualification. He has named one person after another,” said Warren, adding that by no means she wanted to call them bad people, judging is not her job but theirs. The question is how they will do their job considering their written records and sides they used to take in different kinds of conflicts.
