Yes, it’s the deadliest year when we speak about violence against transgender people. There are two more victims. Brooklyn DeShuna from Louisiana was killed on the 7th of October; it was a gunshot wound. DeShuna was only twenty and she was a student of Bossier Parish Community College. She wanted to become a cosmetologist. All her friends are shocked. “She was a good person who doesn’t deserve to be killed,” her friend said. Another victim is Sara Blackwoodwho was killed on the 11th of October. A woman worked at Indianapolis Long John Silver’s and was shod on the way home. Her friends say Sara was a shy person; she was not active on social media. Blackwood died while surgery. The thing is that Sara was misgendered after being killed; police was sure it was a man. According to the vHuman Rights Campaign, Brooklyn DeShuna became the 32nd and Sara Blackwood the 33rd person killed in USA this year.
