One Million Moms vs. Oreo: queer kids and loving homes

One Million Moms [religious lobbying group] threatens to boycott Oreo for its advertisement. According to One Million Moms, Oreo has wrong ideals of life: miserable kids live with parents of different sex. Monica Cole is sure that sandwich cookie companybrainwashes children and adults. Advertisement shows the story when a girl brought her girlfriendto meet her parents. The father was hesitant, but finally he supports his daughter and paints the picket fence rainbow colours. In the end of advertisement we can hear a motto: A loving world starts with a loving home. Oreo and Mondelez International (parent company) presented also a queer pride commercial. The thing is that this commercial has nothing to do with cookies. Oreo is not the first brand One Million Moms tries to boycott. Among other brand are: Trident gum, belVita,Philadelphia,Halls, Sour Patch Kids etc.
