Dwyane Wade protects his son from trolls

Dwyane Wade spoke out after internet trolls started mocking his elder child Zion for wearing a crop top and having fake long nails. Wade’s wife, actor Gabrielle Union, shared a photo of the family to mark Thanksgiving, but the Instagram audience did not seem to get it. Hours later, the NBA star took to Twitter to say: “Stupidity is apart of this world we live in — so i get it. But here’s the thing — I’ve been chosen to lead my family not y’all. So we will continue to be us and support each other with pride, love & a smile!” “I don’t really talk about it much because it’s Zion’s story to tell,” Wade told Variety in an interview. “I think as a family, we should support each other. That’s our job. And my job as a father is to facilitate their lives and to support them and be behind them in whatever they want to do,” he previously said. Zion refuses to label his identity, but we would say he is quite close to the definition of a gender-fluid person
